| Happy Friday!

I hope you have had a wonderful week and are looking forward to the first full weekend of November! This is my favorite month not only because it’s my birthday month, but also because it’s the official beginning of the holiday season! Thanksgiving will be here in no time, then it’s all Christmas all the time! But until then, I wanted to share today some fun bits from around the web that caught my eye.

This Amazing Sherpa Dupe | I have been living in and loving this warm and cozy pullover. I raved about it on Instagram and I may have even placed this into another Friday Favorites. But it’s just that good, and the price is right on point.

50% off Urban Decay Concealer | Not sure how long it’s going to last, but Ulta is having a 50% off sale on both Urban Decay’s concealers! I picked up the color Dark Warm yesterday. Valid online and in store!

Even though I may be anxious and ready for the winter and snowy months to make their appearance, we are right in the middle of fall. And as arguably the pretties season in a year, the Atlantic rounded up some of the most gorgeous pictures of the season.

Tech Show Love | Tim and I have been devouring a new show called Silicon Valley. If you have HBO and are interested in some of the ins and outs of the startup tech world, this one is brilliant! Not great for young ears, but a nail biter in every episode.

Women in Politics, by the Numbers | I know, I’m also tired of hearing about, reading about, fussing about, caring about the midterm elections. But this is historic not just because of the coverage and predicted voter turnout, but for women running. There are 235 female nominees for the election. A record! This article outlines a quick list of this midterm election by the numbers.

Hallmark Christmas Movies on Repeat! | I am one of the few (or many that won’t admit it) that love Hallmark Christmas movies! And now that it is OFFICIALLY the holiday season, they are what I’ll be watching on repeat until January 3rd. Here’s the list of all of the new movies out this year!

Have you every wondered why 50 degrees feels colder in autumn, rather than the spring? This article from the New York Times talks a bit about why the body reacts the way it does to the same temperatures at different times of the year.
