No Makeup Monday — Lady Out Loud

Happy Monday! It's another No Makeup Monday here on Lady Out Loud and this week, I'm really taking the time to look inward and evaluate. Now that I have dipped my toe into the content creation space, it is easy to lose yourself in the world of social media. Makeup tutorials (which have taught me everything I know about makeup), designer bags and dream vacations are everywhere. This week, I'm going to strive to be conscious of my thoughts and actions related to social media. To really reconnect again with who I am and what I want...and what this blog is all about.

When it gets down to it, I'm a no makeup, t-shirt and jeans kind of girl. Give me a bralette over a push-up (almost) any day. And ask me to come over for a BBQ and a Saints game and I'm your girl.

The motto here on Lady Out Loud is that we are to stay true to ourselves and our happiness. With this little reminder, I roll into my vacation week (New Orleans, let's do this) with an extra helping of self-confidence!
